Short on time and a strong urge to become a certified diver? Then The PADI Scuba Diver course might be just the right thing for you! This is your chance to slap on some fins, strap on a mask and experience an intense adventure within a short amount of time.

The PADI Scuba Diver program is perfect for vacationers or people who only plan to dive a couple times a year. As a subprogram of the PADI Open Water Diver program, the PADI Scuba Diver course allows you to get certified quickly and easily. With our two day PADI Scuba Diver course you are able to dive on your next vacation or dive trip to a maximum depth of 12 meters / 40 feet under the direct supervision of a diving professional.

The Scuba Diver certification opens the door to the underwater world for anyone who thinks that traditional scuba course will take too long or might be too difficult.

During the course you will make three pool dives in our 36 meter salt water chlorine free pool followed by two open water dives at prime locations around Koh Samui.

Upgrade to Open Water Diver whenever you want!
You can make the jump to Open Water Diver certification whenever time allows or you're up for more. When you sign up for the Scuba Diver course with Searobin you can decide on the last day of your course to continue to an Open Water diver certification which will take only one additional day.

All the basics of scuba diving through knowledge development, a set of scuba skills in the pool that you'll use again during open water dives, and an appreciation for the underwater world that will keep you coming back for more bottom time every chance you get!

During the course you’ll cover material and practice skills related to topics such as:

• Buoyancy skills including comfortable ascents and descents, and breathing underwater.
• Staying warm underwater, streamlining your swimming skills and buddy diving techniques.
• Diving environments and aquatic life you're likely to encounter.
• Preventing common problems underwater.
• An introduction to boat diving.

You earn this certification by completing three knowledge development and pool dives sessions in Koh Samui followed by making two open water dives at prime locations around Koh Tao.

Searobin's PADI Scuba Diver course lasts only two days for a group size of maximum of 4 people. However, if you prefer we can assign private instructor just for you.

PADI programs are performance based. You proceed as you demonstrate mastery of the scuba skills taught in the course. Small group sizes ensure that you get personal attention from our dive school's PADI professionals.
Small group size allows you to work at a pace that is comfortable for you, relaxed and stress-free.  The open water dives are conducted at a prime beach location around Koh Tao.

Your Next Adventure
You may want to step up to Open Water Diver certification at your first opportunity but as a PADI Scuba Diver you also qualify to take: Equipment Specialist and Project AWARE Specialist certification courses.
